We were honored to be able to receive two gifts purchased by funds received as memorials for loved ones and church members who joined the church eternal during 2022. One of the gifts purchased was the beautiful oil candles, pictured here, and received as memorial gifts during the Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion Service. The other gift, not yet pictured, was a beautiful communion pitcher to go with the communion ware used as a part of our communion services.
It is an honor for the church to receive monetary gifts given as memorials. The church leadership team as well as the worship committee thought and prayed about these purchase, hoping to add something that would be respected and used frequently as a part of the gathered community worship. Thank you to those who donated these funds and thank you to those whose memory has been honored in such a wonderful way.
